Sudhir Mor

Sudhir Mor has extensive experience in design and product roles. Sudhir is currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Soroco. Prior to this, Sudhir held the position of Visiting Faculty at the National Institute of Design. Sudhir also served as the Director of Product & Design at Masai School. Sudhir had a significant tenure at Soroco as the Head of Design, where they led user experience design and established best practices and a team of digital designers. Before that, they co-founded Design Shift Academy, a design training program that was later acquired by Masai School. Sudhir also worked as the Sr. Manager - Design at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., leading overall design and managing a team of designers. Additionally, they held positions as a Lead UX Designer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., a UX Consultant at Deloitte Digital, and a Sr. Specialist Interactive at Target. Sudhir also co-founded a Design Studio called DeLab, where they managed a team of designers and engineers and delivered various design projects.

Sudhir Mor completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for an undisclosed period. Later, Sudhir pursued Product Design and obtained a PGDPD degree from the National Institute of Design from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including "HTML Essential Training" from lynda.com in September 2015, "Agile at Work:-Planning with Agile User Stories" from Lynda.com, "Data Visualization" from Coursera, "Illustrator CC for Web Design: Core Concepts" from lynda.com, and "Illustrator CC for Web Design: Wireframing" from lynda.com.
