Lara Price, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Payroll Accounting Supervisor at Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., where responsibilities include ensuring accurate multi-state payroll processing for over 500 employees and leading a project to transition the pay schedule, enhancing operational efficiencies. Previously, at Biocept, Lara managed biweekly payroll for 175+ employees and led payroll system conversions while developing training materials. As Controller at Rancho Santa Fe Technology, Lara oversaw corporate accounting and drove process improvements, and as Finance and Accounting Manager at Salerno/Livingston Architects, Lara supervised accounting operations and successfully implemented project accounting software.
