Thomas Headley

Thomas Headley began their work experience as a Mold Designer at Ramtec, Inc in 1983. Thomas later became the EDM Department Manager at the same company from 1985 to 1991. Thomas then joined Ramtec Inc as an Engineering Manager from 1991 to 1993. After that, Thomas Headley worked at Ingersoll Rand as a Tooling/Sourcing Engineer from 1993 to 1998 and as a VA/VE Engineer from 1998 to 2002. At Ingersoll Rand - Industrial Technologies, they served as a Senior Project Engineer from 2002 to 2010. Thomas then worked at Tuthill Corporation as a Senior Engineer from 2010 to 2020. From 2020 to the present, Thomas Headley has been working as an Engineering Manager at Martin Yale Industries, LLC. Thomas is currently a Design Engineer at Sortera Alloys, Inc, starting from 2023.

Thomas Headley earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo. Thomas attended the university from 1977 to 1983.
