Melissa Mitchell

Melissa Mitchell, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at SOS Group Inc., where responsibilities include providing HR and administrative support and administering regulatory employee programs. Previously, Melissa held the position of Service & Engagement Team Leader at Target, overseeing multiple service processes and acting as a Human Resources Expert, assisting with employee relations and hiring. Melissa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University and possesses a background in the International Baccalaureate program from Downingtown STEM Academy.
