Michelle Crawford

Michelle Crawford is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing human resources for large organizations. At Leidos, from August 2020 to March 2023, Michelle served as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing a team responsible for supporting over 1,400 employees across 50 states and 17 countries, focusing on strategic plans to enhance business performance. Prior roles at Lockheed Martin included Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resource Officer, Human Resources Director, and HR Manager, where Michelle led initiatives in talent management and culture transformation. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, providing strategic HR support to various business units.
