Nina Mahnert possesses extensive experience in social innovation and volunteer management, currently serving as Innovations- und Freiwilligenmanagerin at SOS-Kinderdorf since June 2014, focusing on solutions for societal challenges faced by children, adolescents, and their families. Prior to this role, Nina held the position of Personalentwicklerin, responsible for volunteer management, internal training programs, onboarding, and recruiting. Nina's earlier experience includes working as an Ambulante Familienberaterin for SOS-Kinderdorf from April 2004 to October 2013, providing on-site counseling and support for families in need. Additionally, Nina worked as a Pädagogin at the Verein für Psychoanalytische Sozialarbeit from 1999 to 2000. Nina holds a Master's degree in Erziehungswissenschaften from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck.
