Thibaut Riffard

Thibaut Riffard is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in national key account management, marketing, and project management. Currently, Thibaut serves as the National Key Accounts Manager for Hôtels & Restaurants at VALRHONA while also holding similar roles at NOROHY, Chocolatree, Sosa Ingredients, and La Rose Noire. Thibaut's background includes a range of positions at VALRHONA, from marketing project manager to sales representative, with a focus on BtoB opportunities and the development of loyalty programs. Thibaut's early experience includes product development roles at Jypaï and PepsiCo, as well as quality assurance at Refresco-France.
