Kimberly Parker joined SOSi in 2021 and brings 25 years of experience at fortune 500 & mid-sized companies leading Contracts, Compliance, and several other functions while working closely with a broad range of defense, intelligence, and civilian government customers.
As Vice President of Contracts, she oversees a team of contracting professionals and is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of federal contracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Her responsibilities include proposal support, contract negotiation, risk management, and administration of contract awards.
Parker holds a B.S. in Management from National Louis University and earned her Contract and Subcontract Management Certification from the University of Virginia.
