Keith Nunes has over 25 years of experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Editor and Executive Editor of Food Business News at Sosland Publishing since January 2005. Nunes oversees the bi-weekly print publication, its website, and various social media platforms. Prior to this role, Nunes was the Editor of Culinology, the magazine of the Research Chefs Association, from May 2011 to January 2018, and served as Editor of MEAT&POULTRY Magazine from February 1995 to March 2005, focusing on the North American meat protein industry. Nunes holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained between 1983 and 1988.
