Paolo Bazzana

Paolo Bazzana currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners, focusing on advancing clean energy initiatives through construction-ready greenfield infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in human resources management, Paolo has worked at Generali Investments since March 2016, holding roles as HR Manager for AM Affiliates, M&A and Integration Management, as well as Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR activities for numerous global affiliates.
