Danae Deal has a diverse work experience in the dental industry. Danae began their career as a Dental Assistant/Office Manager in multiple locations from 1998 to 2007. Danae then joined Patterson Dental, where they served as a Dental Technology Advisor & Trainer from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they demonstrated, trained, and implemented practice management software and digital technologies for new and existing customers. Following that, Danae worked at Ideal Practice Solutions, Inc. as a Dental Technology Specialist/Project Manager from 2013 to 2018. Their responsibilities included managing dental technology projects and providing specialized support.
From 2018 to 2023, Danae worked at CareStack™ - Dental Practice Management, initially as a Manager of Implementation and then as the Director of Implementation. In these roles, they oversaw the implementation process and ensured successful integration of CareStack™ solutions. Currently, Danae is the Director of Customer Success at SOTA Cloud, a position they have held since March 2023. Their main focus is to ensure customer satisfaction and drive success through effective strategies.
