Sarah Thiele has extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, and marketing, currently serving as the Head of HR, Recruiting and Marketing at SOTEC since May 2018. Prior to that role, Sarah worked as a Partner Manager IT at emagine GmbH, where responsibilities included recruiting IT and engineering professionals and managing candidate relationships. Sarah's career began with an internship in human resources at BASF, and previous sales experience includes positions at GALERIA Kaufhof GmbH and Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management in International Business from Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management and a Certificate in Sales from Dublin Business School, complemented by international education at The Language Academy Fort Lauderdale & EC Toronto.
