Heather Chapman MS, CSP, CHMM, CEAS III

Heather Chapman MS, CSP, CHMM, CEAS III has an extensive work experience in environmental and safety consulting. Heather Chapman began their career in 2003 as an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at Kerr Corporation. In 2008, they became an Environmental, Health & Safety Officer at Calvin College. In 2013, they took on the role of Site Auditor at Western Institutional Review Board. In 2014, they became an Environmental & Safety Consultant at HR Collaborative. In 2018, they were appointed Principal at Paradigm Safety, where they helped organizations identify risks and develop systems to protect their people. Finally, in 2020, they became a U.S. Account Manager at Soter Analytics.

Heather Chapman MS, CSP, CHMM, CEAS III has an extensive educational background. Heather Chapman obtained their Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health with an Environmental Concentration from Columbia Southern University between 2015 and 2016. Heather Chapman also holds a BS in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Grand Valley State University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Central Michigan University, studying Chemistry/Environmental Science between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including ISO 45001 Lead Auditor from Omnex Inc in 2020, Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist from The Back School, Atlanta GA in 2015, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager from Institute of Hazardous Materials Management in 2011, and Certified Safety Professional from Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2009.
