Piotr Leszczyński

Piotr Leszczyński is an experienced engineering manager and co-founder, currently leading cross-functional teams at Backbase to deliver Digital Lending solutions as part of the Engagement Banking Platform. As a co-founder of the Democratic School "Wolna Szkola Przestrzen" in Krakow, Piotr promotes an alternative educational approach focused on self-education and empathy. Previously, at Ocado Technology, Piotr held multiple leadership positions, enhancing team collaboration and agile practices while overseeing delivery of Last Mile systems. With a strong background in software development and team leadership, Piotr has also provided training and consulting on constructive communication and leadership. Piotr holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science specializing in Software Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
