Tim McCarthy

Tim McCarthy is an accomplished technology leader and director with extensive experience in managing teams and projects focused on Army Intelligence Systems. Currently serving as the Director of Army Programs at Jacobs and a Senior Software Engineer at Sotera Defense, Tim oversees multiple teams in areas such as Cyber Security and Software Integration, supporting the sustainment of critical systems. Tim's previous roles include managing software sustainment for U.S. Army Terrain and Weather Systems, and leading cyber technology initiatives at KeyW Corporation. With a solid foundation in military service as a First Sergeant in the U.S. Army, Tim brings strong leadership qualities, expertise in security compliance, and a focus on team performance enhancement. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University.
