Jonathan Lyons

Jonathan Lyons has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Jonathan is currently the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Sotera Health Company. Prior to that, they worked at Owens Corning, where they held various positions such as Vice President Corporate FP&A and Corporate Development, Segment CFO for Insulation, and Segment CFO for Composites. Jonathan also served as the Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President of Internal Audit, and Assistant Treasurer at Owens Corning. Before joining Owens Corning, Jonathan worked at Cardinal Health as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, and Treasury. Jonathan also held managerial positions in Treasury and Tax Planning and Research. Jonathan began their career as a Senior Analyst at Arthur Andersen.

Jonathan Lyons received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Kent State University in 1999. Jonathan went on to earn an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University between 2003 and 2005.
