Liz Naylor

Liz Naylor, MSPOD, currently serves as Program Manager for Employee Experience at Sotera Health Company since April 2023, following a role as Project & Event Specialist. Concurrently, Liz has been the Assistant Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Hawken School since March 2021. Previous experience includes positions such as Director of Client Relations at the telos institute and Director of Special Events at Food For Thought Caterers. Liz held roles as Event Manager and Event Coordinator at ASM Global, focusing on the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland and the Global Center for Health Innovation. Early career experiences include coaching and operational roles in various organizations and a background in event planning and execution. Liz earned a Master's degree in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication & Sports Management from High Point University.
