Michael Rutz

Michael Rutz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Michael currently serves as President at SOTERA HEALTH LLC since May 2020. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Semiconductor Products at Littelfuse from January 2019 to May 2020. Michael also held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Operations at Littelfuse from February 2014 to December 2018. Before joining Littelfuse, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain at WMS Gaming from July 2011 to February 2014. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions and Motorola. Overall, their experience spans across a range of industries and demonstrates their abilities in strategic management and operations.

Michael Rutz attended the University of Michigan from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Michael then pursued further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 1993 to 1995, earning a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Management as a Leader for Manufacturing Fellow.
