Ruoxi Chen

Ruoxi Chen has served as a member of the board since November 2020. Mr. Chen is a principal at Warburg Pincus, focusing on investments in the healthcare sector, and joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Chen worked at the Carlyle Group in the U.S. Buyout Fund and in investment banking at Citigroup. He is currently a board member of several private healthcare companies. He received a B.S. magna cum laude in economics and computer science from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He was selected to serve on the board of directors because of his extensive knowledge of strategy and business development in the healthcare sector, his wide-ranging experience as a director and deep familiarity with the company.
