Sally R. Turner

Sally Turner has served as Sotera Health’s chief human resources officer since January 2019. Prior to joining Sotera Health, she had her own consulting firm, focused on design and execution of HR strategy, leadership development, talent management and other strategic HR activities. Before that, Ms. Turner was vice president of human resources at Swagelok Company from 2012 to 2017. Ms. Turner holds a bachelor’s degree in organization development and an M.B.A. in human resources from Vanderbilt University.
