James Yu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career as the Executive Vice President at Residence Hall Association in 2006 before moving on to become the Senior Vice President, VP-Marketing, VP-Finance, and Sergeant-at-Arms at Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity from 2005 to 2008. James then worked as a Management Analyst/Public Affairs Intern at San Diego County Water Authority in 2007-2008. Afterwards, they held the position of Sales Coordinator and Rotational Intern at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in 2009. James also worked as a Leasing Consultant at Essex Property Trust in 2010. James then transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Talent Management at Philanthro Productions Inc., San Diego Chapter from 2007 to 2013. In 2011-2014, they served as a Project Manager in Communications at Preferred Hotel Group. James then joined Keller Williams Irvine as a Real Estate Operations Manager and REALTOR® Associate from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their current role at Parcstone Company as the Founder and Managing Principal, Real Estate Investor, and Portfolio Asset Manager, James worked as the Director of Client Care and Real Estate Operations and REALTOR® Associate at Sotheby's International Realty from 2015 to 2016.

James Yu attended San Diego State University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a B.S. Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. James'sfield of study included Hotel Operations and Management, Industrial, and Organizational Psychology, as well as Accounting. Additionally, James Yu holds a certification as a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, issued by the State of California - Department of Real Estate.
