Ian Ament is a seasoned professional in real estate operations, currently serving as the Managing Director of Operations for The Field Team at Sotheby's International Realty since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Team Manager and Director of Operations at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Compass, where Ament oversaw extensive transaction flows and managed CRM databases. Ament has complemented real estate expertise with a background in finance, including co-founding Me2Doc Telemedicine and serving in compliance at UBS Wealth Management.
