Becca Starr Gordon

Becca Starr Gordon is an accomplished business leader in the fine art and eCommerce sectors, currently serving as SVP, Head of Business Operations and Strategy at Sotheby's since August 2022, and as General Manager of Global Fine Art. Prior to this, Becca held the position of SVP, Strategy and Operations at Hip eCommerce from January 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included corporate development, strategic partnerships, and operations management. Becca's experience also includes significant roles at Artsy, where strategic growth and customer experience were key focuses, and at Christie's in the Chairman's Office. Becca holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in History of Art and Visual Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
