Mikael Wallhagen

Mikael Wallhagen is an experienced professional in the watch industry with a current position as the Head of Watches EMEA, Senior Director, and Senior Watch Specialist at Sotheby's since September 2017. Additionally, Mikael serves as a Watch Specialist on the Swedish Antiques Roadshow since August 2014 and has held the position of Surveyor appointed by the Swedish Chambers of Commerce since May 2004. As the owner of vic&mic inredning since May 2003, Mikael operates an interior design store on the island of Öland. Previous roles include management and auctioneering positions at Kaplans Auktioner AB and Bukowskis, as well as a longstanding career as a watchmaker and sales manager at Rob. Engström AB. Educational background includes studies at Stefanskolan and the Swatch Group.
