Stefan Pepe

Stefan Pepe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Sotheby's since September 2019, Stefan has also held significant positions at Legal Shield as Board Member and Interim Chairman, and at NextWorld Evergreen as Operating Partner and Board Director. Additionally, Stefan is involved as an advisor at Bluecore and has been a Venture Partner at LaunchCapital, where contributions included serving on the boards of Datasembly and Qeepsake. Previous roles include Board Member and Interim President at Domino, Executive Chairman and Interim CEO at Door to Door Organics, and CEO at ideeli, which was acquired by Groupon. Earlier career experience includes General Manager of Revenue at Zynga and Chief Product Officer at Gilt Groupe. Stefan holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.
