Anirudh Singh

Anirudh Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product support management. Currently serving as a Technical Product Support Manager at SOTI since November 2023, Anirudh previously held the position of Product Support Manager at Zscaler from May 2018 to August 2023. In this role, Anirudh successfully managed staff performance, developed training programs, and ensured high customer satisfaction rates through effective management of support teams and processes. Anirudh's expertise also includes mentoring support engineers, managing escalated accounts, and conducting service quality audits. Anirudh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Vidya College of Engineering, completed in June 2011.
