Apoorva Bajpai

Apoorva Bajpai is an experienced professional in the technical support and escalation engineering fields, currently serving as an Escalation Engineer at SOTI since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Support Specialist. Prior to joining SOTI, Apoorva worked as a Technical Support Associate at Kyndryl India from September 2021 to February 2022 and at IBM from February 2020 to September 2021. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Information Technology and Systems from NMIMS CDOE, completed between January 2021 and February 2023, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motivational Pathway, obtained from 2013 to 2017.
