Russell Nwachuku is an experienced professional in technical support and sales engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Engineering for the APAC region at SOTI since February 2024. Previously, Russell held roles such as Cloud Support Manager at Atlassian and Technical Support Manager at SOTI, where leadership involved managing teams and enhancing customer support operations. Additional experience includes working as an Application Support Team Lead at HSD, IT Support Team Lead/Manager at InsuranceCONNECT, and various technical roles at Serena Software Ltd and Merant.
