Sam Hatamleh

Sam Hatamleh is an experienced learning design and development professional, currently serving as Manager of Learning Design & Development at SOTI since March 2022 and previously as Instructional Design Team Lead at Cash App. With a strong background in managing and leading teams, Sam has effectively implemented learning processes based on the ADDIE model, utilized various authoring tools, and enhanced team cohesion through innovative methods. Prior roles include managerial positions at Scotiabank and BMO Financial Group, where Sam successfully navigated challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and contributed to large-scale software implementation projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Digital Education from The University of Edinburgh and certifications in eLearning and Training Practices.
