Merve Karakus

Merve Karakus is an experienced Orthopedagoog with a comprehensive background in educational support and development. Since August 2020, Merve has been working at SOTOG, previously held positions at Achterhoek VO from April 2018 to July 2023, Swv 2301 from October 2019 to July 2020, and Montessori College Twente from September 2016 to August 2018. Merve also served as Vestigingscoordinator at Lyceo for a brief period in 2017 and as Studiebegeleider at Educent from November 2015 to March 2017. Early career experiences include a Stagiaire position in Orthopedagogiek at Scholengroep Carmel Hengelo and a Stagiaire position in Pedagogiek at Kindcentrum Rivierenwijk. Merve holds a Master of Science in Orthopedagogiek from Universiteit Utrecht and a Bachelor of Education in Pedagogiek from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
