Thainá Martins

Thomas Hain is a seasoned Network Design Engineer with extensive experience at o2 Germany since July 1998, where Thomas currently serves as a Senior core network and voice services design engineer, specializing in VoLTE. Hain possesses a strong background in mobile voice services design, mobile core network planning, vendor relations, and budget management, alongside notable contributions to the introduction of circuit-switched fallback (CSFB) and UMTS. Prior to o2 Germany, Hain worked at T-Mobile as an IN Service Design Engineer, focusing on requirement and functional specifications for IN services. Hain holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich.
