Guillaume Couture has extensive experience in leadership roles within the malting industry, currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of Malteries Soufflet since 2010, having previously held positions such as Deputy CEO, Commercial Director, and Deputy Commercial Director. Prior to this, Guillaume worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from 2005 to 2010 as a Manager, focusing on sales and management in the Equity Derivatives business line. Earlier experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Accenture (1998-2005), where project management in the Financial Services Industry was a key responsibility. Academic qualifications include a Transition to General Management Programme from INSEAD and a Master's degree from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, complemented by an engineering degree from Centrale Lyon.
