Mathieu Lainé is an experienced professional in the brewing and production industry, currently serving as Responsable de production at Malteries Soufflet since March 2023. Mathieu co-founded Belgo Sapiens in 2015 and has managed production there as well. Prior roles include Responsable de production / Head Brewer at LA BRASSERIE DE CHANDRES from June 2021 to March 2023, and operations manager at JAVOY PLANTES PEPINIERES from December 2020 to May 2021. Mathieu also held the position of Responsable de Production / Head Brewer at LA MICROBRASSERIE DE CHANDRES from February 2018 to December 2020, and worked as a Brasseur at Les 3 Brasseurs from July 2008 to January 2015. Earlier in the career, Mathieu served as Responsable informatique at Végétal Rungis from February 2000 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Organisation et Stratégie d'Entreprise from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and a MATH SUP ET SPE BIO degree from Lycée Albert Châtelet de Douai.
