Norman Prunieres is a Program Manager for Industrie 4.0 at Malteries Soufflet since October 2023, with prior experience as a Data Center Project Manager at OVHcloud, where management of a €5M CAPEX budget and coordination of infrastructure deployment across six data centers were key responsibilities. Previously at Danone, Norman held multiple project management roles, focusing on digital tool implementation, change management, and process automation, including the oversight of an 8-person team. Early career experience includes leading continuous improvement projects at SIMPA, enhancing operational efficiency through Lean methodologies. Norman holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Troyes.
