Herry HAN is a seasoned venture capital professional currently serving as the Founding Partner and CEO of SoulCapital, an early-stage venture capital firm established in May 2022 that focuses on technology and digitalization. Before this role, Herry HAN co-founded and became a partner at Lightspeed China Partners in June 2008, where a significant portfolio and extensive investment in early-stage ventures in China were managed, including $700 million USD and 600 million RMB funds. Herry HAN's prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Lightspeed China Partners, emphasizing investments in internet and high-tech industries, and providing strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2008. Herry HAN began a career at Microsoft as an engineer from 2003 to 2005. Herry HAN holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
