Luke Mabey

Luke Mabey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in national development and retail operations management. Currently serving as the National Development Manager at Soul Origin since November 2018, Luke has previously held key positions at Unilever - Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, first as Retail Operations Manager for ANZ from March 2014 to November 2017 and later as Retail Development Manager - ANZ from November 2017 to October 2018. Prior to Unilever, Luke was National Operations Manager at SolarSave from 2009 to October 2013 and worked as Retail Operations Manager at Hungry Jack's® Pty Ltd from July 2006 to October 2009. Additionally, Luke holds multiple diplomas from the Australian Finance Institute and TAFE NSW in Financial Services (Mortgage Lending and Accounting) as well as Leadership & Management.
