Jacob Guinn

Jacob Guinn serves as the Managing Director at Soul Search Partners since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jacob held various positions at Riviera Partners from March 2021 to August 2024, including Director of Executive Search and Principal Talent Partner, focusing on placing executive talent in software engineering, product management, and design within innovative companies. From August 2017 to March 2021, Jacob was an Associate Partner at Arete Partners, managing retained executive searches for VC-backed clients. Earlier experience includes leading the employee benefits consulting practice at Postlethwaite & Netterville, serving as In-House Counsel at Pilot Travel Centers, and holding various legal and compliance roles. Jacob holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Middle Tennessee State University, and a BBA in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
