Cinthya T.

Cinthya T. has work experience at two different companies. At EDP Brazil, they started as an RH Intern (Benefits) in January 2021 and ended in June 2022. Cinthya then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Assistant (Well-Being and Volunteering) from June 2022 to the present. In February 2023, they took on the position of Jr Human Resources Analyst (Learning and Development). Prior to working at EDP Brazil, Cinthya T. worked as an English Language Teacher at the Richard Hugh Fisk Foundation from August 2019 to January 2021.

Cinthya T. obtained their high school diploma from Colégio Termomecanica in 2018. Cinthya then pursued a Bachelor's Degree at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2019 to 2022. In 2023, Cinthya enrolled in Universidade Federal do ABC to pursue a Bachelor of Science and Humanities degree, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Additionally, they are also pursuing a Bachelor of Economics degree at the same university, expected to be completed in 2026.

Cinthya has obtained several additional certifications throughout their education. In 2018, they obtained the TOEFL iBT certification from ETS Global B.V. In 2020, they completed the Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) course from Coursera and the Excel: from elementary to advanced course from Udemy. Cinthya also passed the Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English - ECPE from Michigan Language Assessment in 2020. In 2022, they completed the Innovation Academy program from Escola Conquer. And finally, in 2023, they obtained the certifications for Produtividade Inteligente from Escola Conquer and Manager EFR Global (Empresa Familiarmente Responsável) from Fundacion Másfamilia.
