Rúbia Oliveira

Rúbia Oliveira has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in recruitment and selection across different industries. Rúbia started their career at Concentrix in 2014, where they worked as an HR Analyst, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including customer service, telemarketing, and administrative roles. In 2016, they joined SPDM, a healthcare organization, as a Selector, focusing on recruiting medical professionals for hospitals and other healthcare programs. Rúbia then moved to Global Empregos in 2018, where they held a Senior HR Analyst position and handled recruitment, selection, and training and development activities. Currently, Rúbia is working at Soulan Recursos Humanos as a Senior Recruitment and Selection Consultant, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including strategic clients and high-level positions.
