Eric Castro has a diverse work experience in the health and fitness industry. Eric started their career as a Health Screener at Health Fitness Corporation in 2013, and also worked as a GroupX Instructor at XSport Fitness from 2013 to 2016. Eric then served as a Fitness Specialist at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital for two years. Eric subsequently joined Advocate Health Care as a Health Navigator I from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Eric became a Lead Instructor at CycleBar and an Exercise Specialist at Molex, where they stayed until 2019 and 2020 respectively. Eric then moved on to positions as a Sales Specialist at Tempo and a Coach at Shred415 in 2021. In 2022, Eric joined Exos as a Fitness Specialist. Finally, they worked as an Instructor at SoulCycle Inc. from 2020 onwards.
Eric Castro attended Eastern Illinois University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
