Studio Manager People Business & Customer Service at SoulCycle

Jacqui Dorman has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jacqui started their career as an Assistant Coach at City Beach, where they provided volleyball programming for participants of all levels. In 2014, they became the Head Coach at American High School.

In 2016, Jacqui worked as an Account Manager at Triple Crown Consulting, the nation's premier provider of senior-level engineering talent. Jacqui played a key role in staffing and was known for their ability to deliver results quickly.

Jacqui joined SoulCycle Inc. in 2017 and held multiple positions within the company. Jacqui started as a Keyholder, then became the Assistant Studio Manager responsible for facilities, retail, and operations. Later, they assumed the role of Studio Manager overseeing the people, business, and customer service aspects of the studio.

Throughout their career, Jacqui has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching, and an ability to deliver efficient and effective results.

Jacqui Dorman completed their education at Humboldt State University from 2012 to 2016, earning a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Criminology. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop Mitty High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Jacqui also obtained the Indoor IMPACT/Safesport certification from USA Volleyball in May 2016, and the CPR/First Aid certification from the Fremont Unified School District in January 2016.
