Nastassia Adkins has diverse work experience in various industries. Nastassia started their career as a Project Management Intern at Port Authority of NY & NJ in 2012. In 2013, they interned at WeChat Marketing, gaining experience in the field of marketing. Later, Nastassia worked as a Public Relations professional at Sharp Communications from 2017 to 2019, specializing in lifestyle and design. Nastassia then joined SoulCycle Inc. in 2019 as an Assistant Manager, focusing on operations and revenue generation. In July 2021, they were promoted to the role of Studio Manager, where they oversee operations, revenue generation, and people development.

Nastassia Adkins has a diverse educational background with a focus on social work and communications. In 2011, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Business Management at Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2013, they attended Stanford University for a short period to gain knowledge in Global Management, specifically in Technology Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Decision Making.

In 2016, Nastassia Adkins pursued further education at Harvard Business School, where they obtained the HBX CORe certification. The same year, they also attended Columbia University, obtaining a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Graduate Foundations.

Nastassia furthered their education in the field of communications at New York University, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, completing their studies in 2019.

Recently, Nastassia Adkins has enrolled at the University of Michigan to pursue a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Child & Family Welfare. Nastassia started their studies in 2022 and is expected to complete the program in 2024.

In addition to their academic degrees, Nastassia Adkins has obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed the course "Children's Human Rights - Interdisciplinary Introduction" at Université de Genève. Nastassia also participated in a course on "International Women's Health & Human Rights" at Stanford University during the same month. In February 2023, they obtained certifications in "Community Care: Human Trafficking" from Polaris (formerly Polaris Project) and "Understanding Human Trafficking" from the Department of Justice - Office for Victims of Crime. Lastly, in January 2023, they obtained another certification in "Social Services for Families, Seniors, and Those with Disabilities" from Columbia University.
