Ned Hatton

Ned Hatton is an experienced audio professional with a career spanning several decades in various roles within the theater and entertainment industry. Currently serving as an Audio Operator and System Installer at Sound Associates, Ned has also been Technical Director and Technical Supervisor at CCoA Croton Teen Theatre since 1995. Previous positions include Assistant Sound Designer for Disney's Beauty and the Beast Networks Tour in 2010, Sound Operator at Random Farms Kid's Theater from 2008 to 2009, and A1 for the Broadway Revival of "All My Sons" during the same period. Ned's extensive background at Disney's Beauty and the Beast, both on Broadway and in other productions from 1993 to 2007, includes roles such as SFX Operator/A2 and Sound Effects Operator/Sub FOH Engineer. Earlier experience includes work as a stagehand with IATSE Local One from 1983 to 2001 and Contract Sound on the GYPSY Tour from 1989 to 1991. Ned Hatton holds an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Guilford Technical Institute, obtained between 1975 and 1978.
