Engineering and Support

The Engineering and Support team at Sound Communications is responsible for the deployment, integration, and maintenance of our security and communication systems. This includes configuring and implementing workforce optimization solutions, setting up NextGen 9-1-1 systems, and ensuring fully integrated security systems for our clients. The team also provides ongoing technical support to ensure smooth operation and address any technical challenges for both call center and public safety customers.
