Clark Sterling Aphr

Clark Sterling, aPHR, currently serves as HRIS and Project Lead at Sound Community Bank since June 2021. Previously, Clark worked at Amazon as a Senior Product Support Analyst where notable achievements included launching a new product operations support model and managing multiple UAT projects that led to significant operational savings. Clark's experience includes roles at Seattle Children’s as a Project Coordinator, Fred Hutch as an HRIS Specialist, and as an Administrative Assistant at Seattle Pacific University, complemented by internships and earlier positions in customer service. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Seattle Pacific University and has furthered education in database foundations through the University of Washington.
