Heidi Sexton began their work experience in 1998 as a Director at RSM US LLP. Heidi then joined Sound Community Bank in 2007, where they held various roles including Vice President of Operations and EVP/COO. In their most recent position, they served as EVP Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
