Laurie Szczepczynski has had a long and successful career in the banking industry, starting as a Teller at Seattle First National Bank in 1984 and working their way up to the role of SVP - Hub Branch Manager at Sound Community Bank. With over three decades of experience, Laurie has held various titles such as Business Development Officer, VP Branch Manager, and Regional Branch Manager, displaying a strong expertise in managing branch operations, developing banking relationships, and leading business development activities. Laurie's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Peninsula College. Currently, Laurie continues to expand their knowledge and skills through education at the Washington Bankers Association since 2013.
