Elaine Davis Urrutia

Elaine Davis Urrutia is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business analysis and technical product management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services since April 2023, Elaine leads requirements gathering and develops training materials. Concurrently, as a Technical Product Manager at Sound Credit Union since January 2020, responsibilities include managing the product development lifecycle and enhancing employee and member experiences.
