Alexandr Chepurnoy

Alexandr Chepurnoy is an experienced professional in the technical support and incident management field, currently serving as Escalation Manager at Wowza since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing critical technical incidents and coordinating cross-functional teams. Prior to Wowza, Alexandr held various technical support roles at Telestream from January 2011 to September 2016, including Senior Support Engineer and Technical Support Tier 3, providing support for products such as ScreenFlow and Wirecast. Alexandr began his career at Apple as a Senior Advisor from March 2005 to October 2010. Alexandr holds a certificate in Network and System Administration from American River College, completed between 2000 and 2003.
