Kim Mapes

Kim Mapes is an experienced human resources professional with a notable career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior VP and Chief Employee Engagement Officer at Sound Credit Union since 2001, Kim has previously held roles as VP of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Woodstone Credit Union and as Interim Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Rainier Pacific Bank. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and has earned SPHR and PHR certifications from Chapman University and the University of Washington Tacoma, respectively.
